A 4,200 ft² salon and spa fit-up, designed and approved on a fast track to open in under six months.
A local salon expanding into a new location. DAO started from the previous tenant's layout, keeping existing partitions and structure where possible to meet a grand-opening deadline less than six months away.
The salon includes manicure and pedicure areas, private and group treatment rooms, hair styling, a coffee bar, retail and staff areas. Quiet zones for treatments are separated from the busier front of house. Because the unit is large, each space was given its own identity so clients can see the range of services as they move through. The salon is open and operating.
